Accreditation

International University and Theological Seminary (IUTS) holds candidate status with the Association for Biblical Higher Education Commission on Accreditation (5850 T. G. Lee Blvd., Ste. 130, Orlando, FL 32822, 407.207.0808). Candidate status is a pre-accreditation status granted to those institutions that meet the ABHE Conditions of Eligibility and that possess such qualities as may provide a basis for achieving accreditation status within five years.

Candidate Status is a pre-accredited status granted to those institutions that show promise of achieving accreditation within a maximum of five years. Candidate institutions are required to submit annual progress reports demonstrating progress toward accreditation. The institution’s selfstudy materials are submitted to the COA by May 15 prior to an evaluation team visit to assess the institutional readiness for initial accreditation

NOTICE CONCERNING TRANSFERABILITY OF CREDITS AND CREDENTIALS EARNED AT OUR INSTITUTION

The transferability of credits you earn at IUTS is at the complete discretion of an institution to which you may seek to transfer. Acceptance of the degree, diploma, and/or certificate you earn in IUTS is also at the complete discretion of the institution to which you may seek to transfer.
If the credits, degree, diploma, and/or certificate that you earn at this institution are not accepted at the institution to which you seek to transfer, you may be required to repeat some or all your course work at that institution. For this reason, you should make certain that your attendance at this institution will meet your educational goals. This may include contacting an institution to which you may seek to transfer after attending IUTS to determine if your credits, degree, diploma and/or certificate will transfer.
